Aug. 4th, 2004 06:27 pmToday I got a CD in the mail with a bunch of pictures from my senior trip. I popped it in my computer right away and was grossly disapointed. I knew one guy from my class was putting the CD together but the whole CD is just pictures of his group of friends and a couple group shots I had already.
During the trip when he said he was putting together a CD I was excited cuz I didn't always have my camera with me when I wanted. More people went on the trip than just him and his friends! If he was gonna make a CD for the grade he should have included other people from the grade!!! After the trip and senior skip day and the graduation party I felt closer to my grade than ever. Seeing these pictures seemed almost like their way of reminding me things will never change and while I do feel closer to some people, the feeling isn't mutual. I missed out on four years of hanging out with them and can't expect to have made up for it in 3 weeks, I'll always be just a familiar acquaintance.
